Pictures taken on February 4, 2016. The Disney Magic was about to embark on a 3-night Bahamian cruise out of Port Canaveral, FL. It visited Nassau, The Bahamas, and Disney’s private Bahamian island, Castaway Cay. The following are pictures of a category 5B verandah stateroom. Staterom #7618 is located starboard side, aft. Right where my family likes it. Two decks below Cabanas, pools, and a near constant supply of pizza.   Great room, great location. Also very quiet. Muster station is currently inside Animator’s Palate, which comes in handy when you have a possible man-overboard situation that lasts over an hour, like we did.   Available to the lucky few who grab one are cabanas on Disney Cruise Line’s private Bahamian island, Castaway Cay. The cabanas come loaded with lots of extra goodies in addition to a private, comfy, shaded and secure spot to spend your day. Cabanas come equipped with sunblock, soda, snacks, beach toys, floaties, bike rentals, and snorkel equipment rentals. You also have a personal attendant that will get you whatever you need at the push of a button. The cabanas area is accessible only to those that have these wristbands.
