Herbed Corn Muffins and Chicken with Honey-Beer Sauce

Relatively quick and easy meal all around, though when the say “Hands-on” and then require you to mince and finely chop herbs you had best be a master chef with mad knife skills. I am not and do not. Must’ve been more like 20 minutes. Still, not bad.

Dry mix has yellow corn meal, pecorino reggiano, and some other stuff. It’s 9pm on a Thursday night. My brain is fried. Full recipe here.

Really excellent recipe. Isaac and I really enjoyed the whole thing and Ella enjoyed the chicken bare.

How cute is this beaker measuring cup???

Recipe calls for a wheat beer. This is what Isaac brought home for me. I had to hide a bottle away because Isaac kept drinking them.

Sauteed chicken looked good enough to eat all on its own.
