Breakfast Grilled Cheese

The current issue of Food Network Magazine is all about cheese. I found a Breakfast Grilled Cheese recipe and I was like “yes, please”. You need some frozen waffles, whipped cream cheese, cottage cheese, jelly, powdered sugar and ground cinnamon. Spread jelly on to 1 waffle. Mix whipped cream cheese and cottage cheese together and spread over jelly. Place a 2nd waffle on top to form a sandwich  Grill in pan over butter on both sides until lightly browned. Keep the heat low so the inside has a chance to warm up without the waffles getting burned. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and ground cinnamon. Eat!...

Left my heart in Disney

We are back from what was our 4th Disney cruise and 3rd visit to Walt Disney World. We are serious Disney people. What’s not to love when you’re surrounded by whimsical magic 24/7? We are already set for our 5th Disney cruise which will be winter of next year. Some one win me the lotto so I can quit my job and go on a permanent vacation! I know. Every one’s dream come true. Gastricaly, it was also amazing. We took the red eye from SEA to MCO (that’s Orlando) and arrived in FL at 6am. That’s early, and our flight was hellacious as there was a screaming baby nearly the whole way. I also suffer from Restless Leg Syndrome and I had myself some very uncomfortable moments. After arriving at MCO and getting our rental car we headed to Keke’s Breakfast Cafe, a restaurant I found on Yelp several weeks before we left for our trip. I love french toast and theirs was good!
